Job Duties

Operate truck and provide timely regional delivery of items to destination. Maintain safe operation and clean appearance of vehicle by complying with safety and operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and federal DOT regulations. Establish routes and maintain schedule. Inventory items to be moved. Securely pack and wrap items to be moved. Load and unload items to be moved. Work closely move coordinators and customers to ensure a clear understanding of customers' needs; address/resolve any service issues or complaints. Obtain customer payment. Maintain timely, accurate paperwork. Maintain current job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.  Recruit and manage crew members

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service, management, and communication skills. Strong scheduling, geographical, logistical knowledge. Ability to meet tight deadlines.  Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis.  Must pass DOT physical and criminal, MVR, and credit background checks, CDL Class A license, Own or have the ability to own vehicle, Clean driving record.
