Charlotte Business Professionals

Charlotte Business Professionals is a group for professionals who are located in the Greater Charlotte area, or who have a professional connection to the area. Individuals who become a part of this group understand the value of networking and building relationships to assist each other. In June 2008, Jason McKinstry founded the Charlotte Business Professionals Group on Linkedin in order to connect like-minded business professionals in a variety of fields seeking business opportunities, leads, jobs, and to learn about trends in each other's industries.

As of August 2012, the Charlotte Business Professionals Group has over 22000 members, who connect with each other through face to face meetings, discussions, sharing articles of interest, and contacting each other directly. Although the main purpose is to facilitate business professionals in building relationships, Mckinstry's hope is to also use the power of group numbers to do something good for the community, saying "I will continue to ensure that the group will assist in charities as much as for any other purpose of the Charlotte Business Professionals Group."

The group was created to help increase the span of your business networks to a greater number as well as to a more valuable level. We take the virtual world of networking and bring it face to face, which establishes a link that increases the potential of all members of the group in the form of stronger value to find jobs, increase business and create a stream for promoting your company or skills.
